Golden body with some yeast floaters. Small white head. Aroma of old attic, some mold and sour aroma. Very harsh. Really sour and a way too much for me. Too sour to notice those little flavour in lambic.

Clear medium orange color with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy redcurrant, barnyard, tart, sour, berry. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and acidic with a long duration, hÃ¸nserÃ¸v - chicken butt dry and seriously sour, redcurrant, tart, sour, dry dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft.

This one’s made with redcurrants. The 375ml bottle pours copper with orange chunks. My nostrils pucker at the smell. Unbelievably tart red berries. Warily, I take a sip.
Sharp, tart, unripe berries, followed by sharp, sour lambic. My face implodes. After a few minutes of precarious sipping, the taste opens up and notes of cranberries and crabapples come through, along with some twigs and pebbles.
This is full bodied, even silky. It came close to being too tart and sour, but once it sits open for a while it becomes drinkable. An interesting lambic.

Cloudy orange coloured with a medium sized white ehad.
Fruity and light acidic aroma of berries and red currants.
Acidic flavour of berries and red currants.
Acidic and tart berryish finish.

Bottle (Vintage 2002) at One Pint, Helsinki. Clear amber - white head. High high dryness. Lovely sourness. Fantastic aroma. Sour red currant. Light sweet notes. Lovely wooden. Almost Perfect.

Hazy golden colour with tiny white head and floaters.
Yeast, mold, earth and lots of sourness in aroma.
Dry SOUR flavour with red berries, mold and earth. Extremely sour. Not easy one.

Clear golden with a medium white head. Sour aroma with red currants, wood and barnyard. Very sour flavour with barnyard, leather, sour red currants, grapefruits and wood. Finished seriously sour.

Lambik brewed in 2002. Bottle at One Pint Pub, Helsinki. Hazy, red amber with a small froth. More mellow fruit and citrus lambik aroma- the fruit is better able to compete with the lambik. Redcurrant berry flavours blending well with the citrussy lambik, still very acidic. Probably the best redcurrant lambik in the world.

Pours a hazy golden colour, with a small off-white head.
Aroma is dry and old cellar like, with notes of redcurrants.
Flavour is sour and tart redcurrant, but not as balanced as other Cantillons I have tasted. The aftertaste is mildly sour and tart.
I’m not a fan of redcurrant..

Clear orange body, slight red edge, small white head; Very special nose, almost tar like, but if you look closer there are tons of redcurrant meat and pit aromas, not really any of the flowery aromas that normally come from that berry; Soft texture with very little sharp carbonation, super thight fruit acid; Looong super sharp tight finish, burning acid, unripe redcurrant meat aromas, with some red skin aromas arriving late.
