Nice, golden appearance and thin head, which stays. Hay, vinegar, grass, wood, flowers in the aroma. Vinegar, sour white grapes. Apple and oak in aftertaste. Summery and very well balanced lambic.

I’ve had this a bunch but first on 3.26.14. A 2013 bottle. This is great. Smell is tart and yeast and mold. Flavor is straight up tart baby diapers. Sold.
