I never ate a rubber tire on fire, but I am pretty sure it will be close to the aftertaste of this beer. The main taste is close to the one from grape fruit juice, but without the good part. Not to be recommended.

First impression in the mouth is decent. But then we go down to some abysmal depth of rotten grapefruit slash melted tyre. The four of us couldn?t finish the bottle... It says a lot.

Geuze un peu sûre mais avec un mauvais goût rappelant le pamplemousse qui prédomine. Vraiment pas la meilleure des geuzes. Pénible à boire.

Refreshingly dry. All of the soury goodness to be expected of a good lambic. The more of it I drink, the more I notice and the more I love.

Sampled at Cantillon Brewery in Brussels. Pours hazy orange with a very thin head. Nose is sour. Tastes tart without being too acidic. Funky. The sweetness is restrained. Tasted this alongside the 1-yr lambic and as expected this is so much more complex. A wonderful lambic!

Not a huge fan of the lambics, but cantillon does an excellent job and this is no doubt a finely crafted brew. Consistent yet complex sour flavor.

375ml 2013 Belgian flag. Definitely the most barnyard funky sour I’ve had. Seriously has a bit of horse piss. Mild sour and tartness. They make much better fruit sours.

Smells of prunes & caramelised morello cherries. The first taste is acidic & bitter but once your palate gets used to this combination it flows like a sour champagne with a bitter finish. Tastes like limes, pineapples & bitter grapefruit. A beer to have when you fancy a sparkling white wine!
