4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Beautifully aromatic with a sourish lemon tickle up nose. Undoubtedly tart but not harsh and there is some citrus sweetness later. But it tickled the tongue. To be shared. Oh so good. 3std drks, 750bottle, 5%

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Shared at a tasting hosted by Steebo on February 13. The pour from this 750 mL bottle is a hazy golden yellow color with a smaller white head. The aroma is pretty damn good. There is a lot of sour, Brett, and some lemon or citrus on the back end. The flavor is much of the same. It’s really sharp and tart with some grapes in there with the lemon. I am also picking up some apple peel. The mouth feel is a little light, and the carbonation doesn’t seem like it’s up there as high as it should be. The aftertaste is lingeringly sour and fruity. This is a damn good beer. Wish I had more Cantillon
