Pours cloudy orange yellow. Sour, fruity, funky aroma. Taste is very tart and sweet, with a lot of noticeable funk and earthy flavores. Has almost no carbonation. Finish is extremely tart and sour. Tastes like Spring.

Jul 20, 2008 375 ml bottle of the 2005 Organic Gueuze. Pours a nice dark gold with a thinner head. Aroma of lemon juice and zest, old leather and hay. Tart flavor, but not enough to overpower the subtleties of the barrel aging; spice and more hay with a whisper of vanilla. Excellent.

Jul 14, 2008 On tap at White Horse on Parson’s Green. Orange hazy body. Really bitter nose and taste to the lips. Lots of citrus and yeast flavour. Very tart.

Jul 13, 2008 Some frothy cover on an orange coloured cantillon,carbonation is ample,aroma vinegar note,yeast.Flavour sour like lemon and orange rind(bitter)yeast taste.Sour wine taste,really hits the taste buds,a really tasty Cantillon,good body.Finish sour fully flavoured,delicious.
