RCL (973), Boston, Massachusetts, USA Jul 20, 2008 375 ml bottle of the 2005 Organic Gueuze. Pours a nice dark gold with a thinner head. Aroma of lemon juice and zest, old leather and hay. Tart flavor, but not enough to overpower the subtleties of the barrel aging; spice and more hay with a whisper of vanilla.
