Sampled at Stoutfest. Label says its a 2007 vintage, but the cork says its 2010. I am gonna go with this being a 2007. Pours a hazy orange in color with maybe a quarter fingers worth of tight white head. Nose is exceptionally balanced. There is lemon and a fair amount of floral character to it. It resembles a Cuvée des Champions or Saint Gilloise in my opinion. Flavor starts out with some bright lemon and then immediately turns to the floral aspect of the beer. It’s gentle grass and tartness....exceptionally balanced. Mouthfeel is light, carbonation is gentle, as well as the acidity, a moderate finish. Never had this before, but I am a big fan of this. I enjoy the floral character of the beer quite a bit and it adds some nice complexity to the lambic.

Bottled on 2012. Pale orange colour with an off white head with medium lasting. Aroma has notes of fruits. Flavor has hints of wood, fruits, good sourness with a decent acidic mouthfeel, fruity and flowery hints. The final has a decent sourness with good duration.

75cl bottle, from Geers. Bottled in 2011 says the cork. Pours amber, beige head. Malty nose, no hops. Aroma is acid sourness with a pale ale malt backbone, had no luch in finding the hops. Way to sour for me.

2011 bottle. Pours a beautiful orange unclear beer with a good white head. Smells sour, fruity. Tastes heavy sour and a lots more. Not the usual geuze taste. Thin body, watery texture and an average carbo.

Färsk på bryggeriet. Pigg humle i doften och låg i funk, vilket var lite otippat för mig. Gyllene och klar. Frisk och härlig. Grapefruktjuice. En klantig turist välter ut ett av glasen och skäms en aning.

Notes from backlog. Less than I was expecting. Still a nice acidity, but lacking in overall feeling. Some nice floral notes however.

Pours a hazy golden pinkish brown from the bottle with dissipating bubbly off-white head. Aroma is sour fruits and funky yeast, slight woody ending. Taste is tropical fruit, sour middle, funky grapes, hay and grass, then a lingering sour. Bubbly effervescence covers a little of the sour. Wow, awesome.

4.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
75cl bottle, green glass makred simply as ’I’ in the brewery. Quite deep colour, bright brown amber with a hint of copper. Deep flavour, slightly more robust malty background given the predominance of barley. Hops add a lovely extra layer of complexity, some fruit maybe grapefruit and (as if needed) some woody character, spruce and pine. And of course a deep sourness, long prickly finish. Splendid.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours clear deep blond, two finger white head.
Smell bitter and bretty.
Taste tart, bretty aftertaste. Hop presence is felt. Bit of fruit and a bit of bile
Lighter body, bit thicker than regular lambic
Interesting, experimental, decent
