4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Fresh 750ml bottle, courtesy blazer06. This one pours a cloudy, golden orange color and topped by a small head of off white foam that slowly settles to a thin film and leaves a sudsy wash across the glass. The aroma is really nice showing a good amount of fresh peaches, apricots, and chardonnay grapes that add ample amount of citric acidity. The oak imparts notes of soured wood and vanilla to go with a big dose of floral hop bitterness in the back ground. The typical Cantillon funk is there, but the floral hop bitterness seems to overshadow it. The flavor follows suit and is initially oaky with vanilla up front and then followed by a huge dose of soured apricots and tart white grape skins. There is a good amount of vinous character from the grapes and oak and finishing with a good amount of bitterness from the dusty, floral hops. Really delicious stuff. The palate is quite substantial, which is a change from the typical Cantillon, and very dry and parching with tingling carbonation throughout. This is great tasting stuff, and I love the added hop component. This is a great brew and right up there with some of the other great Cantillon brews.

UPDATED: NOV 17, 2015 Clear in colour. Tastes of both sweet red, and sour green apple. Powerful sesame aroma, and a bit "acetony".
Overall a nice lambic, but maybe the sesame is too overwhelming.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
From bottle. Pours hazy amber with almost no head. Aroma of sesame seeds, funk, weird acid/tart aroma. Taste is sesame seeds, lots of funk, dry, tart and sour. Not on par with what I normally taste from cantillon.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pours a murky orange amber with a thin head. Smelled of wood, with a hint of hay, very earthy beer, barnyard funk, dusty basement, rotten tomatoes, and a bit of sweat. Complex smell, difficult to nail down. Taste is earthy and lime like. A hint of rotten fruit, and pineapple in the finish. M: Thin and puckery with minimal carbonation. O: Great beer, somewhat hoppy.

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Fresh aroma of citrus, floral, and earthy barnyard. A bit woody and oak goes through, and its very complex with a nutty layer of flavour aswell. Taste has big brett flavors, passionfruit, overripe apricot with some hay feel to it, a bit nuttiness, and more barrel character than the other unfruited offerings of cantillon.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
75cl bottle all to myself. Pours amber with a slight haze. Foamy off-white head. Aroma is brett and floral summer meadow. Taste presents a fresh bitter vibe with woody barnyard and floral, nettle-y brett notes on the finish. Glad to have tried this but not too into the prickly dry bitterness.
