On bottle at Cantillon Museum. Very intense cherries flavour. No froth, red intense, sweet and very fruity. Very well balanced thanks to the cherries together with the sour taste. Very good!

2006 Bottling. Pours a bright pinkish-red with a very thin, fine pink head. Very acetic sour cherry aroma is fully integrated into the beer as a whole and doesn’t scream "cherry" at you. Some oxidation is present combined with a pinot noir-esque floral characteristics. The flavor profile is much the same. Highly complex sour fermentation notes swirl across the palate in a highly-varied, multi-dimensional flavor experience. The palate is light and mainly dry with very soft carbonation and a lingering puckering finish. Excellent.

This starts with a nice sour aroma, with hints of cherries and funk. Pours a cloudy red, with a pink head. The flavor is a blast of sour and funk, with just a hint of cherries in the background. Cleanses the palate with the tartness and acidity. If you like sour beers, this is one to try.

Bottle, opened to celebrate the new year. Pinkish red pour with a short pink head, lots of visible bubbles. Funky sour cherry and lemon nose, lots of earathy hay notes. Gives you a puckering sour cherry lemon hit when sipped before drying out. Nice subtle layers of funk and hay as it finishes. I love the big sour hit that a nice lambic reliably gives you, and the way it balances it out on the finish. Nice, sparkly body to it.
