Pours burgundy and hazy into my tulip with a small fluffy pink head. Nose is dark berries, cherry, raspberry and strawberry with lots of funk, mold and sourness. Taste is amazing. Sweet through out with a big mouth puckering sour punch right in the middle that lasts to the end. This is amazingly tart. Mouthfeel is light and clean. This is a such a good beer and at 5% I can drink it all day.

05-01-12 Petite bouteille: Couleur rouge pâle, avec peu de mousse et petite effervescence. Très légers arômes de cerises et d’acidité. Petite touche de sucrée et d’acidité. Corps léger, croustillante et mince. Se boit facilement, mais à mon goût, manque de corps et de saveurs.

Reddish pink with a white head - sour berry aroma - taste is of sour cherries and the berry sourness continues into a long finish, and there is no sweetness at all - this was very good

37,5cl bottle. Reddish colour with pink head of minimal duration. Aroma is acid, cherry and sour. Flavour is wooden, dry, cherries are present. Acid at the beginning the final is sour with an average duration. Carbonation is lively. Body is light.

Ruby in color with a small pink head. Aroma is of cherry, light funk and wood. Taste is of cherry, citrus, tart, hay and wood. Very dry.

On tap at Håndverkerstuene. Pours dark red with a tiny white head. Aroma of fresh and sour cherries. Dry and sour with some sweetness. Absolutely delicious!

375 ml, 2011 bottling. Ok do I have to drink all fruit lambics fresh. This is simply sensational. A new Glarus type cherry flavor behind cantillon gueuze. Love it, not aging these beers anymore
