4.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20 dalepryor (256) - Lexington, Kentucky, USA - FEB 19, 2010
This is a super tart lambic, be ready for some intense flavor! The aroma is very musty grasslike and acidic with hints of cherries. The flavors mimic those aspects, for me I love a sour beer and this happens to be a favorite. For anyone who wants to try something new and different try this.
4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20 jimmiec (121) - Louisiana, USA - FEB 14, 2010
750-ml bottle Wine Works Springfield, OH - Aroma: almond, tart sourness, cherry, barnyard; Appearance: cloudy, pinkish-red color, no head, no laces; Flavor: fruit acidity, fruity, tart sourness, cherry; Mouthfeel: light bodied, thin texture, little carbonation, dry finish; Overall: complexity of fruit, sourness, and malt with a sour backbone. It was a hard for me to drink the whole bottle due to the intense sourness. Rating is based on my understanding of style and not my likeness of the beer. I would get it again to learn to love it.
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 jonno (1312) - JAPAN - FEB 13, 2010
2008. Sour and Tart this is a real polarising beer. Pour is murky blood red with a pink head that dies quickly. Nose is funk, tart and vinegar with a mild sweetness. Crazy stuff. In the mouth is piss and vinegar up front - quite jolting. Sweetness on the tail with the funk running roughshed over the top of it all. Great creation but not something you would want to drink often. Would love to try it aged for a few more years.
3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 danielst (226) - Vienna, AUSTRIA - FEB 7, 2010
37.5cl; bottled Oct, 2008: Blood orange colour with a minimal head. Aroma reminds me of wine, grapes and wet grass, slightly cheesy, fruity and oaky. Musty, moss-like flavour, sour like citric acid. Subtle hints of unripe fruits and cheese. The mouthfeel is really nice, dry and drinkable with little carbonation. I could appreciate the complex aroma, but the tartness is just too prominent.
3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 bluebetty (820) - AUSTRALIA - FEB 3, 2010
Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy pink with rocky pink head. Minimal lacing. Aromas are dominated by lactic sourness. Minimal cherries and some brett character but the sourness definitely dominates. Flavours are once againvery sour with heaps of lactic acid. Some earth and funk also. Finish is super dry. Excellent beer
3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 Vaiz (1847) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - JAN 31, 2010
Bottle at home. Pours a pink color with a thin pink head that quickly dissipates. Sharp yeasty cherry aroma with some leather. Flavor very sour, fruity yet dry. A little on the extreme side of sourness, but still well drinkable and enjoyable.

anche questa assagiata nel 2007 in sede,ed è stato veramente interessante scoprire la lavorazione di questa tipologia di birra con dei profumi fruttati e floreali una sensazione acida gradevole. al gusto ciliegia e direi anche mela, con finale di limone.
