Una vera kriek, non ruffiana, senza aggiunta di zuccheri infermentiscibili.....note ciliegiose e acetiche........bel finale, lungo e amaricante

Giant dry floral cherry aromas. Murky red color with minimal head. Dry cherry tartness body just perfectly below syrupy body. Amazing.

Impressive starting off white (pink-tinged) head. Settles to ring bubbles with only a couple of spots for lace. The liquid is orange hued red. A bit hazy. Very sour aroma. Some unidentifiable floral touches. I donít detect any cherry, though. The cherry is subtle in the taste. Lots of tartness with a cutting carbonation that really makes the whole thing work. The aftertaste is moderately long with a chewy, lemony flavor. The body is thin with high carbonation, but again, it seems to work. Iím not as psyched with this beer as some people, but I can see the appeal.

Aroma: Medium sour, cherry, tart. Medium-like barnyard. Appearance: Hazy cherry body. Small, light pink head. Flavour: High sourness/acidity, medium cherries. Dry finish with lingering sourness and acidity. Acidic sting. Mouthfeel: Light body. Medium-high carbonation. Puckering from high acidity. Overall: High sourness. 375 ml bottle, poured. Thanks Andre! 17F. Fruit Lambic

Pretty awesome brew here. Nice sweet cherry aromas, oak and light funk. Almost no carbonation. Sour cherries and raspberries. Oak and funk.

Sinds kort dit bier echt kunnen ontdekken. Geweldig bier, spijtig dat ik het niet eerder ontdekte. Je proeft gewoon dat dit een artisanaal product is.

Bottle shared by Matt Grussing on July 4th. If only more American brewers showed the kind of restraint in going for sours. Lightl sours, nice amount of cherry. Awesome.

375 ml bottle, 5 months old. Pours a beautiful ruby red body with a medium tall pink head. Aroma has faint notes of cherry and then some dry notes of lambic. Taste is mostly tart (pretty high level) with some sour cherries and cherry stones. Finish allows some sweeter parts of cherries to emerge but only for a moment - the high tartness is quick to override them. Pretty crisp and refreshing but not quite as complex as I was hoping for. Perhaps an aged bottle would taste different.
