Bottle. Pours a strawberry red with a thin white head. Strong aroma of vinegar and wild berry. Taste is tart and fruity. Bit of a strawberry and kefir taste. Very potent flavors, tartness stings the tongue a bit. Incredibly complex offering. I like.

Everything in their in blended that was perfect with the addition of well balanced cherry. Cherry aroma with the wood cedar oak and slight vinegar. Barnyard then tart and dry cherry finish.

Bottle at Cantillon. Pour is rose/red with a medium pink head that fades into foam. Aroma and flavor of sour cherries, slight oak, and a bit of lemon. Finish is pure sour cherries. Good.

Ruby red color with a small pinkish head. Nose is packed with tart cherries, red currants, bit of brett funk and that cantillon special sourness. Flavour is spot on, cherries, lemon, tart berries, some cherrypie? Might be the malts. Anyways, super refreshing spot on kriek.

At the brewery. Pours a dark red(sih) color, topped with a very small and disappearing white head. Amazing cherry aroma with a more sweet feel to it. Taste starts with a mild fruity sweetness, followed by nice and pleasant soury notes, and this feeling accompanies the aftertaste as well. Just great.

Bottle shared at Beavertown - big thanks to Daniel! Pours a rather lovely mostly clear red with a fluffy pink head. The nose holds lots of ripe cherries with plenty of berry skin, subtle earth. Light-medium sweet flavor with mellow acidity, tart cherries, some bitter grass and cherry pit, understated funk. Light bodied with average carbonation and massaging texture. Nicely balanced in the finish, with further juicy, ripening cherries, balancing bitterness, slight grass, a bit of basement funk, slight acidic bite. Excellent beer overall.

Bottle shared at Beavertown. Hazy red with a foamy pink head. Aroma is sour cherry, raspberry, berries. Body is medium, foamy, low carbonation. Taste is sweet syrupy cherry, sour lemon, tart and a little acidic. Quite nice, but perhaps a little sweet for me.
