Bottle 375ml. Aged 18 months piror to tasting. Poured dark muddy blood with a small, pink, frothy head which was mostly lasting. Aroma had almost perfume like characteristics with notes of roses, violets, crushed raspberries, sour cherries, wild yeast and salt water. Flavor was extremely tart with a massive acidic bite; gooseberry skins, sour cherries, red wine vinegar and light notes of oysters & salty brine. Medium bodied with lively carbonation, a dry/spritzig mouthfeel, ever-so slightly syrupy texture and a superb length finish. Amazingly delicate yet infinitely complex.

Bottle from 2011. A little muddy diffuse red color with a beautiful rose foam head that decayed quickly and completely vanished. The smell promises a fruity (but not sweet) and foremost sour taste. In short: it delivers. The taste is awesomely sour and well carbonated, that even without the cherry, this would be an extremely well brewed beer. The taste has cherry and a certain funk, you can get from older lambic. It stays a dry yet sour feeling in the mouth and probably a delayed response from the stomach.

Small bottle, served in teku. Pours deep red with some pink highlights, resembles beetroot juice somehow, very hazy. Head is coke-alike. Aroma is full of sourness, you can feel in your mouth, like a vinegar. There is obviously some cherry and a hint of bretts (horse saddle, basement). More of that comes in taste, very sour, almost twist my tongue. Very pleasant cherry flavour, however, deeply mixed with all those wild stuff. Its very intense. Great beer, however, not too drinkable, because of its almost extreme sourness.

Aromat fermentujących wiśni fajnie zaokrąglony pełnią słodową i dzikością drożdży. W smaku jest podobnie, wyraźna jest końska derka, kwaskowość zarówno od drożdży jak i od wiśni, szlachetna pestkowość, finisz długi, słodko - kwaśny z drewnianym posmakiem. Klasa!

Cork 2014. 750 mL. Pour is dark ruby red, clear, with a pinkish head. Nose has a little paper, seltzery brett, some mushroom notes, with a moderate fleshy cherry. Flavor is quite simple, very little lambic, hints of leathery brett, strong cherry flesh, cherry juice, moderate carb, smooth feel and drinkable body, with a lightly sour finish.
