Bottle 375ml. Aged 18 months piror to tasting. Poured dark muddy blood with a small, pink, frothy head which was mostly lasting. Aroma had almost perfume like characteristics with notes of roses, violets, crushed raspberries, sour cherries, wild yeast and salt water. Flavor was extremely tart with a massive acidic bite; gooseberry skins, sour cherries, red wine vinegar and light notes of oysters & salty brine. Medium bodied with lively carbonation, a dry/spritzig mouthfeel, ever-so slightly syrupy texture and a superb length finish. Amazingly delicate yet infinitely complex.

Bottle bought in Brussles. Hazy reddish with pink head. Aroma of sour cherries, fresh and fruity. Cherry taste prominent, but not overpowering. Distinct sour lambic taste with slightly medicine bitterness. Almost no sweetness.

Hazy red with a pink frothy/fluffy head. Aroma has sweet red berries at first, then cherries and tart notes. Aroma has cereals/pilsner malt, tart cherries, wood. Thin, low carbonation, dry. Dry woody after taste.
Elegant, yet simple.

Perfect cherry colour with pink mousse top. Almost smells like rosé wine, but more fruity. Well rounded with the sour sweetness of cherries and typical lambic taste, but the finish though balanced between sour, sweet and dry is not quite as long as I expected.

Bouteille 75cl. Moustache Blanche.

Sampled at ESBLS. It poured a slightly hazy pinkish/red color with a white head. The aroma was of funky cherries, oak and yeast. The taste was of tart cherries, berries, funky yeast and vinous oak. The finish was fruity with a lingering sour cherry and apple aftertaste. Very nice.

37.5 cL bottle at home. Pours hazy red with a large, quickly disappearing, pink head. Aroma is actually quite sweet with cherries, wood, some barnyard, red fruits and some tartness. Taste is medium sour with quite some sweetness as well, cherries, fruitiness and a dry finish. Medium body and carbo. Nice and refreshing.

Sampled at esbls. Thanks Jason R. Aque red. Sour funky tart cherry nose. Bigger malts than expected and they are nice. It is perhaps the most drinkable Cantillon for this non sour lover. Yeast and funk are nice. Really interesting.

@ Nedre Mölla. Fruity with a lot of cherries and berries, really sour and dry. The finish is long and dry.
