4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle 750 ml. Red ruby with a beautiful small pink head and fair lacing. Aroma of raspberries, wood and horse blanket. Taste is of sour raspberries, wood with medium sourness and funkiness. Mouthfeel is acidic and carbonation is average. Overall, this is a nice complex fruit lambic with great balance and fair drinkability for the style.

4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
750ml bottle served in a Lambic flute.
Bottled @ the 19th of January, 2010.
A: Beautiful bottle art, first of all. 750ml corked and capped bottle. Pours a cloudy dark rose color forming a huge and fizzy rose head. Small retention and practically no lacings left in the glass
S: Very fruity and sour. Funky. Strong noted of sweet pale malts, vinegar, leather and red fruits. Metallic and earthy Lambic yeasts in end. A raspberry bomb
T: Very fruity but quite dry and sour. Notes of sweet pale grains, red fruits and Lambic yeasts. Notes of leather. Metallic and earthy finish
M: Light body. Huge fizzy but quite faint carbonation. Fruity and sour aftertaste
O: Very drinkable. Cantillon pleasure

4.8 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 20/20
Vintage 2003 - not much to say besides: Near perfect Cantillon. Not overwhelmingly framboise-smelling, but still very distinct. Dry. Dry. Dry. Sour. Sour. Sour. Fruits. Incredible.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle: 2010 sticker. Bloody red body with crimson & copper tints; slightly lavender tinted head on top, pretty foamy but quick to settle to a lazy collar. Aroma of juicy raspberry, lacto lemon notes, funky wood, signature Cantillon critters, mild barnyard, lightly floral perfume, & a huge raspberry jam punch towards the finish. Juicy, jammy raspberry explosion on the palate. Fruity, tart, sour, & funky with a good bit of wood, lacto yeast, horsey funk, & mild sweat. Light acidity, some lemon flesh, & a sharp, finishing sourness. Puckering. A touch of yogurt in the back-end, finishing dry with lingering raspberry skins & soured wood. Insanely delicious beer.

2006 : A hazed pink Gueuze with a thin off white head. In aroma, beautiful raspberry jam with acidic notes, lactic notes, refreshing and complex, beautiful. In mouth, a wonderful tart Gueuze, loads of lactic acid, lemon, raspberry, light salty notes, beautiful and intense. #OttBottShare. Bieropholie import.

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
"As I’d hoped, does for Framboise what the same year Lou Pepe did for Kriek. In short, one of the best, if not the best raspberry beer I’ve had (though it costs several times as much as New Glarus, it’s main rival). beautiful ruby red pour w pink head. quite the gusher (the beer level actually lowered as the head rose for several minutes after a gentle pour). wonderful full raspberry farm aroma. flavor equal measures sour and fruit. near perfect. too steep to get often, but i will revisit if i can."

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Smell was raspberries and maybe a tad bit of plastic. Sour raspberry taste that struck a great balance between the fruit and the sourness.
