Bottle 750 ml. Red ruby with a beautiful small pink head and fair lacing. Aroma of raspberries, wood and horse blanket. Taste is of sour raspberries, wood with medium sourness and funkiness. Mouthfeel is acidic and carbonation is average. Overall, this is a nice complex fruit lambic with great balance and fair drinkability for the style.

750 bottle shared by Michael. Thanks! Pours a bright reddish pink color with a white head. Aroma is huge raspberries, oak, vanilla. Medium on the palate with lively carbonation. Flavor is lightly sour, big raspberry fruit, oak, Cantillon funk, with a nice tart finish. Very nice.

Great framboise. Lots going on with the sour rich base and compliments and wrestles with the raspberry in a good way! Very balanced in the big richness of fruit and funk. I loved this brew

Red colour, pink foam. Low carbonation. Very complex aroma with notes of raspberries. Sweet nose, sour taste with light bitter finish. Very good and refreshing.

Bottle shared by Dan. Nose is slightly acidic with faint fruity notes. Taste is slightly fruity and moderately tart. Hits you in the chest a little. Just kinda, bland? I dunno, haven’t been a fan if these LP beers. Ok but not great.

Pours a murky reddish color. Foamy pink head. Huge funky barnyard sour aroma. Light fruit character. Sour, fruity, strawberry like flavor. Barnyard, funky yumminess.

2010 vintage bottle shared at the January 2014 tasting in Santa Cruz. Aroma is ridiculous. Huge vivid luscious raspberry. Rich berry flavor, dense blackberry especially, sour citric finish.

Murky dark pink with a light pink head. Aroma is raspberry, sour candy, a little barnyard funk. Tart on the palate, but not crazy - nice balance of sweet and tart, dry finish. Taste is raspberries, tart candy, hint of wood. Yum

Bottle at Beer Bistro in Toronto shared with ontbeertaster. Strong tar raspberry aroma surrounded us as soon as it was opened. Dark murky berry colour, large white frothy head. Lots of sour and tart raspberries up front, after the first few sips the sour mellowed a bit and became very drinkable, with tons of raspberry flavour. Amazing beer.

Bottle share by Max. 2001 vintage. This has pretty clearly suffered from age. It tastes like cheesy dirty fruity dump water. Big tart/sour oxidation, with some pungent funky grossness. Not good at all.
