Bottle shared at Yazoo release party. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Bold funky aroma. Nice assertive flavors (funk, herbs, tart lemons) with a semi dry finish. Very complex and wonderful. I enjoyed this more than the 1900 and Classic Gueze.

750ml bottle. Finally trying this. It is much different that msot of the other cantillons, it has a pckled bitter melon character and a very prickling citrus carbonation character, very dry and floral, really tasty.

Big bottle. 2010 vintage. Thanks to KyotoLefty. Yeasty nose, with good funk, and unusual bitter pepper notes, and the flowers brushing by near the end. Hazy medium straw color. Sour lightlly tangy citrus, chopped green chiles, a bit harsh but fun, and thin smokiness. Astringent and a bit acidic. Very intersting nose. The pepper notes were unexpected and added a freshness to the whole. A special brew.

Pours a hazy gold from the bottle with bubbly white head that lasts to leave light lace. Aroma is spearmint, I guess elderflower, big freshness, like what you would think an organic lambic would be. Taste is big fresh spruce, grass, floral, spearmint, amazing, sour funky must on the back end. Odd, but amazing.

Bottle. Golden orange color, almost no head. Aroma of flowers and grass, very nice. Taste is modestly sour and tardy, just the right balance. Notes of elderflower, herbs, horseblanket, berries and a nice bittersweetness. Very good.

750ml bottle from beermerchants.com. Bronze amber colour, foam white head and aroma of elderflower, lemon rind citrus, funky yeast. Flavour is tangy, citrus rind, elderflower, woody, barnyard, hay, herbal notes, sour. Smooth slightly oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying sour finish. Very drinkable.

Cloudy darkened golden, decent scoop of a white head. Odd green apple chewing gum - cooling and tart with a fading sweetness throughout. Doughy batter. Sifting carbonation throughout. Nice smack of floral sweetness towards the finish. Should have had more time with this.

Bottle, ScoIrl tasting
