JK54B (913), Helsinki, Finland May 28, 2008 Cloudy and slightly rose colour. Very nice sourness. Some hints of raspberries in the taste. travita (1861), Frisco, Texas, USA May 26, 2008 No head. Reddish color and hazy. Smell is tart, fruit is definete raspberry, and sour. Dry feel and easy to drink. Taste is sour, acidic, with just a touch of fruit. I like very much. jacobwennbom (274), Uppsala, Sweden May 26, 2008 Red with small head. Lots of acidity as well as rasberry fruityness. Tart mouthfeel. Nice brew but impossible to drink to much of, I would like it to come in smaller bottles. chicagodri (1021), Chicago, Illinois, USA May 25, 2008 Just opening the bottle you can tell this thing is going be seriously sour and funky from the aroma. Pours a cloudy pink with a thin head. The beer seemed a little thin and bubbly. Incredibly sour, almost a little to much so. The raspberries don’t really stand out much. Was a bit of a miss for me. cyrenaica (435), Milton, Ontario, Canada May 24, 2008 375ml corked bottle

I tried this beer on May 23, 2008 at "The Beer Bistro" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer poured a cloudy pinkish red with a thin white head. The aroma was musty with some hints of raspberry. The mouthfeel was thin, and very champagny. The flavour was primarily sour raspberries, very dry, and delicious. Very expensive, yet worth it. EHSRanders (1121), Randers C, Denmark May 23, 2008 Bottle. Hazy golden colour with medium white mostly diminishing head. Aroma of berries. Sour flavor. esox (259), Oulu, Finland May 22, 2008 375 ml bottle at Uusi Apteekki. Very hazy reddish brown, with minimal head. Very rich yeasty aroma with sour berries. Sticky dry and sour finish that has lovely rasberry notes. Medium bodied. Fantastic beer with delicate rasberry notes and very refreshing sour flavor. skoisirius (570), Seattle, Washington, USA May 21, 2008 I’ve experienced this on multiple occasions at multiple ages, and once on tap. Every taste has been fantastic, with minor raspberry notes, and a well balanced lambic running the main flavors. Mellows out beautifully after about 4 or 5 years. Yum!
