| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Aug 28, 2007 [2007 bottle] Cloudy red color, with some minimal lacing. Nice sweaty aroma, with just a touch of raspberry sweetness. Flavors are powerful and funky, with some substantial tart fruit character. Finishes super dry, tart. The complexity of the Cantillon funk is endless. Miver (561), WillowStreet, Pennsylvania, USA

Not as much raspberry at the Lou Pepe Framboise, however that may be due to it being an 05’. Very typical Cantillon farmhouse, yeasty, funky nose. The sourness grabs your jawbone and doesn’t let go for a good 10 seconds.. Great, I still worship Cantillon. MrManning (1641), London, Ontario, Canada

Funky yeasty aroma, barnyard, a touch of fruit, oaky and a touch of sherry. very tart funky yeast flavour with a tad of fruity sweetness trying to come through. Oak and just a pinch of lemon cordial. Very dry and full of flavour. This is my first from the brewery but not my last! Thanks for sharing this gem Milos! Beershine (2686), Hue, Vietnam
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Aug 18, 2007 It might not be my favorite Cantillon offering but the Rose de Gambrinus is fine. Its pink color is delightful. Attractive nose, and a distinctive, sour, dry character. BeerBiker (1392), Kathmandu, Nepal
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Aug 16, 2007 Thisone is tasted in the lambic-mode. It must have had some time on its way, but I don’t know how many years. It was more sour than expected, but used to Cantillons I was not surprised by the sourness, only by its supposed high age...which I don’t know. Okay, real fresh sourness in the grape way, no old rotten soil or so. Behaved flavor of rasps with grapecitrus added. Sticky mouthfeel and a finish which is very short. fordest (1954), Santee/San Diego, California, USA
