Maria (6056), Thisted, Denmark May 18, 2007 Københavnske Øldage 07. It’s with fear mixed with a secret joy, that I have this sample. The beer is brown-orange-golden and both aroma and flavour are as expected extremely sour, tart and vinegar like. There isn’t much trace of raspberry, it’s more like a periphery shade in the flavour. I’m not in doubt that this is a big beer in many ways, but I once again have to resign to Cantillion and simply accept, that I not yet anyhow - am hardcore enough to enjoy their beers... 2139 larsga (2937), Oslo, Norway May 8, 2007 Medium pink head.
