This beer is highly carbonated as in sparkling wine. Aroma is intriguing and appealing. Light aroma of raspberry, with light tart, and definite mustiness, like walking into a room that has been closed up for years. Flavor is initally very sour with a little fruitiness, but not much. There is some definite funkiness in the finish. Very drinkable and refreshing. I would love to drink this again sometime. fraternie (710), Chicago, Illinois, USA

It poured lovely red hue, rich with good depth. Sour, but very clean aroma, some sweet candy. Lambic with touch of fun, light (easy), refreshing drink. Nice, refreshing happy fruit brew. Barnyard-acidic aroma. Huge sour acidic taste with only a hint of fruit. Ends sour and dry. Not bad, but at almost $14 a bottle, I’m not sure when I’m going to buy it again. ravidesai (915), Bombay, India

probably the sourest lambic I’ve had - even more so than Cantillon’s geuze.
quite tast ydespite the tartness , the fruit elements are slight but add to the taste.

Just the right amount of tartiness, dry finish but really refreshing and moreish. A kind present from our kid. Good job I didn’t drink it at the time as I got pulled on the way home. Very nice and different for me. EricE (471), Fairfax, Virginia, USA

Very strong funky aroma typical of lambics - vinegar, acid, etc. Lots of raspberry on top of that. Very, very sour. I like sour beers a lot, but I thought this was a bit too much. Still good though. Just the right amount of raspberry.
