Bottle from P&M-Getränke. Soon vanishing small head, ember red, slightly brown color. Aroma of grapes, malt, refreshing sourness, wine and old cheese. Tastes of grapes, mashed up with malts, with an underlying slight sweetness. Then tartness gets stronger and sour notes become more recognizable. Still, grapes remain on the palate, adding a decent body to the sourness. Slick, smooth finish with a long sour aftertaste. Grapes are in perfect balance with the usual lambic sourness all the time.

Incredible red color. Equal smell. Could just smell it for long times. Sour taste. Long long finish. Incredible lambic sour.

100. Not bad for a week. Bottle to paron to mouth. Pours a dark purple with almost no head. Smells funky and sweet. Tastes fruity with a mild funk. Love it!!! Who noticed the paron?

2010 Draft at craft ale house. Pours clear red with a small head that dissipates quickly to nothing. The aroma is funky tart cherry, raspberry, light oak. The taste is very tart cherry, grape, sour apple, long tart finish.

750ml bottle In a tulip. Pours ruby/amber with a pinkish head. Aroma of sourness, funk, grapes, oak, and light malts. The grapes and sour notes blend well. Average texture. A great beer.

Very tannic, the tartness is minimal. Strong grapeskin character. Beautiful purple color. A bit oaky. Mild sweetness. Very tasty, a great example of how Cantillon can capture just a wide variety of fruits and make each lambic unique.

Just a fantastically complex beer, the funk/sourness melds so well with the grapes. Best trade I’ve ever made
