Chilled 75 cl green bottle poured into a tulip. Pours crimson with small pink head. Small lacing, low carbonation, and medium body. Taste is slightly sweet red grapes, some tartness, and a hint of oak. Good, but I expected more from this one. I think I need to try this again near the beginning of the tasting.

750 ml bottle thanks to nightfall. Thanks a ton, man! Pours a darker red with a white head of foam. Aroma is grapes and funky tartness with a nice fruity sweetness reigning throughout. Taste is that nice tartness again with a subtle sweetness in the finish. Really a nice beer.

keg@Mikkeller&Friends (2011 vintage) Colour is burgundy ruby red with a very thin bubbly fast dissipating head. Fruity sour fruit wine like aroma and taste, acidic, cherry, woody oak a tart finish. Nice mix of both sour and sharpness on the palate, really enjoyed this experience.

Clear light red with bit violet, off-white long thin head. Bit sour aroma has much junk. Sour, dry, light body and feel, long sour finish, funky, pure, nice berries. Pure sour tasty and personal.

On tap at Moeder Lambic-Fontainas. Bordeaux-red colour with a nice foam which dissapear fast. Typical sour nose as well the first sip. It’s a Cantillion for sure. The sourness is quiet dominant. The aftertaste is a mixture of lambik and grape.

750 ml bottle. Pours a dark red with full head that dissipates quickly with no lacing. Aromas of urine, yeast, red wine vinegar, and funk. Hard to get past the nose. Luckily the taste and flavors make it worthwhile. Sour and tart with lots of funk. Flavors of grapes and berries, fresh oak, green apples, and sulfur.
