Pours a clear orange/yellow colour with a small size head and good carbonation.
Smell is very vague to me, has sourness there but can’t determine much more.
Taste is a good balance of sour and bitterness with fruits there such as lemon and lime well balanced.

| 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Jan 16, 2009 Bottled @ St. Urho´s pub, Helsinki. Hay-coloured, light yellow and a bit hazy lambic with no head. The aroma is rich in grapes with a distinctive "vomity" aroma of gueuze. Lovely aroma of grapes is clear in the finish. The flavor is dry , mouthwatering and acidic. It has sour fruitness of grapes and tartness of gueuze. The palate is tart, spritzy and lingering. Liht to medium bodied and very refreshing palate. Just wonderful! BeerandBlues2 (3203), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 2/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jan 7, 2009 2007 bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a spare, fizzy, white head, mostly diminishing with spare lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (hay, straw), average hops (flowers, grass), average yeast (horse blanket, barnyard, cheese) with notes of grape and wood. Light bodied, mineral texture, soft carbonation, and a sour finish. Average duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity, and heavy sourness. mar (1815), Dallas, Texas, USA

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Dec 7, 2008 2004 vintage, aged 4 years. The hazy, golden-orange amber body is topped with a wispy, snow white film with a pronounced, solid edge. A soapy wash leaves random spots of lace behind. The signature Cantillon must is the first scent to hit the nose, very barnyard-like and dusty in character. Sour green grapes, apricots, and peaches are soon to follow, as is worn leather and an overall shroud of dust. Flavors are strikingly sour, ascorbic lemon and grape notes showing strong through the musty, dusty cloud of horseblanket funk. There is a hint of sharp, old cheese somewhere within as well. Light carbonation gives this medium bodied brew a slick feel up front, followed by a bone dry finish. This is not my favorite Cantillon, by any means, but it is solid as usual, and the Muscat grapes lend a very unique twist. mistersinalin (368), St. Paul, Minnesota, USA
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Dec 6, 2008 This was a nice crisp lambic, but with a hint of grape sweetness that balences it perfectly. I cant compare this to anything else I have tried. hiddenvariable (194), pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Dec 1, 2008 pours a hazy (even at room temperature) peach, with a thin whitish head that quickly fades to nothing. i can hear it bubbling, champagne-like, in the glass. even while pouring the funk came out, with a good sour bit of cheese. closer inspection yields--surprise!--funky cheesy barnyard, dominating lemon zest and white grapes and straw. the grapes come out a bit more in the taste, and woo! that’s tart. it’s been a while since i’ve had a cantillon, i guess. there’s sort of a note of white grape juice playing around in the background of less funk, more acidic lemon. i feel like this is going to give me heartburn, it’s so acidic! good stuff! gentle notes of oak here and there, along with light malt. sharp sour finish that i can feel on my tongue and lips a full minute after my most recent sip. puckering, one might say. good bubbly effervescence, and a bit slick on the mouth. oh-so-sour. another interesting one from cantillon. i like foufoune better, but this is tasty.
