COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Vigneronne is a blending muscat grapes and lambic, the brewers and beer merchants produced the "druivenlambik" (grapes lambic). White grapes soaked in lambic. The fructose, which abounds in these fruits, enables us to make a beer which is more mellow than the Gueuze or the other fruit beers. The spontaneous fermentation, the ageing in the barrels for several years and the addition of grapes make it a distant cousin of certain white wines. Changed name from Druivenlambik in 1987.

750ml bottle. Straw gold with white head at first, then quickly nothing. Aroma is full of white grape, lemon, melon rind and the signature Cantillon wildness. Taste is sour, juicy, quenching. Balanced as usual. Great from start to finish.

Light orange pour with good carbonation and white head. Taste of wine grapes with squeezed tart lemons. So dry there s no aftertaste. Very drinkable for a sour brew. In fact a brew you want to keep drinking all day, hot day that is.

Tap @ Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels, vintage 2014, ABV 6%. Pours a a hale, clear orange with a classy, white head. Aroma is like fruit candy, peach candy. Concentrated white grapes. Corinths. Taste is somewhat sour, fruity candy and white grape. Finishes sour with appleskin. Really nice.
