COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Vigneronne is a blending muscat grapes and lambic, the brewers and beer merchants produced the "druivenlambik" (grapes lambic). White grapes soaked in lambic. The fructose, which abounds in these fruits, enables us to make a beer which is more mellow than the Gueuze or the other fruit beers. The spontaneous fermentation, the ageing in the barrels for several years and the addition of grapes make it a distant cousin of certain white wines. Changed name from Druivenlambik in 1987.

750ML Bottle ( most recent batch- guessing 2011 bottle date). Cloudy yellow pour into a ballon glass delivers a very small head. Earthy and fruity with mild grape presence and a lemony finish. This is a pretty mild sour by Cantillon standards - at least when fresh. Very smooth and dinkable. Refreshingly good but not my favorite of their offerings.

750ml bottle in a tulip. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of light funkiness and tartness and hints of sourness, light grapes, some pale malts and light oak. Flavor the same with a nice blend. Average texture. A really good beer.

Lightly hazy golden with thin head. Aroma grape, wine, sourness. Very drinkable, sourness is balanced by the muscat. Grapes are not overpowering. Not that complex.

Bottle, kindly shared by Cuso. Aroma wild, bubblegum, light vinegar, grapes, apples. Hazy yellow colour. The sourness is much more pleasant in taste than expected. Grapes, apples, overall fruity. Soft sour fruity finish. I like it very much, but not the top league. Cantillon can do better.

Flasa. Mutna zlata farba, pena zlahka, rychlo padla. Vona octova, prezrete marhule, zlahka vinovy must. V chuti extremna kyslost. Presne ako vo voni, extremne prezrete az kysle marhule. Nesko kysle mlade vino. V pozadi trpkost. Lambic nie je moj styl.

2006 bottle. Aroma of barnyard, a lot of funk, also very prominent acidity, almost vinegar like. Taste is not that fruity, but you can get out some citrus, very much so lemon, it feels like a geuze with added sourness or lemon. It’s very very sour, close to vinegar level, and too much for me, and very intense, with a lot of funk.
