COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Vigneronne is a blending muscat grapes and lambic, the brewers and beer merchants produced the "druivenlambik" (grapes lambic). White grapes soaked in lambic. The fructose, which abounds in these fruits, enables us to make a beer which is more mellow than the Gueuze or the other fruit beers. The spontaneous fermentation, the ageing in the barrels for several years and the addition of grapes make it a distant cousin of certain white wines. Changed name from Druivenlambik in 1987.

October 2013 bottling poured a deep golden color wit a coating of white foam that fell back to a ring on the glass. Aroma has a nice funky geuze, white grape, grape skins, house Cantillon funk, and mid range acidity. Mouth feel is medium light and the carbonation is in the lower range. Flavor shows some acidity but it is under control and balanced by the house funk. White grape plays in but adds surprisingly little sweetness though it helps to balance the whole thing.

Pours a hazy straw yellow with white head. Funk, tartness, and citrus on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes tart and dry.

Bottle, 2014. Pours a pale gold with a quickly receding head. Aroma is classic Cantillon barnyard with fruity white grapes. Definite white grape sweetness and moderate (per Cantillon standards) buggy sourness. A very appochable lambic when drank fresh.

2013, hazy orange color with a moldy grape nose. Flavor is well balanced, both red and green grape sweet/tart, light funk with a tart grape finish

Niceeeeee!!! Amazing gueuze lambic, very complex and full of different tastes, so enjoyable, very sour, grains, cereals, wild fruity and flowery notes. Long sour aftertaste!

Very nice oak and rose grape aroma. equal in each. The dry rose grape flavor with the added balance of sour lemon is wonderful. Very light champagne like carbonation. Great.

Tap at hops and pie. Clear yellow gold with a tiny white head. Aromas of tart citrus, oak, funk, light yeast and vinegar. Flavor is the same. Light bodied, dry end. Lingering tart citrus and funk.
