Superb beer. Very well balanced, great fruity nose of elderflower, which also nicely present in the taste. Nice soureness. Great!

Shared bottle. Hazy golden with big white head that leaves a nice ring. Wood, hay, sour grains, dough, light herbal, flowery, grapes, very funky. Taste is light sweet with above medium sourness and a light woody bitter finish. Oh yeah, this is really good. The elderflowers are not too dominant at all and work really well here.

Mium!

Bottle at the brewery. Pours a hazy amber with a clean white head. Big hit of elderflowers both on the nose and palate. Super fresh and vibrant. Superb balanced tartness with a dry finish. Fine carbonation. Really a special beer.

Ambery yellow golden pour. Aroma of elderflower, bitterhops and even some sirupy tangy scent of agave intertwined with the elderflower. Medium to low carbonation with hints of hops, citrus, rubarb, lemon, soft aftertaste of elderflower that mellows out magnificently. Balanced, soft but tangy this 2014 Mamouche. Normally dont’t like ef. but here it has a humble but round presence. Especially present in olfaction. Drink fresh or experiment and age 5-10 years.
