@ Köpenhamn: Tack till Gyllenbock! Trevlig syrlighet, ganska len smak med tydliga vindruvor och jäst. Mycket bra

Bottle bought at Etregourmet in 2010, drunk in a hotelroom in Copenhagen, November 2012. Hazy yellow with a minimal white head. A very soft Cantillon this one. Green apples, funk, barnyard, wood, funk and some wheat. It went down fast.

75cl, Bottle N° 283, new exclusive collab. brew Anno 2010, thx to Secret Santa!, complex Gueuze-Belgian White, sour/floral and slightly woody/fruity, easy to drink, very balanced, cloudy, small head, good brew, yet expensive!

Big thanks to Nick for popping this Cantillon! Cheers! It pours clear deep gold with a near white head of foam. The aroma offers up tart citrus like lime notes, hay and some earthy mustiness. The taste is straight up citrus lime, grapefruit acidic tartness and wet horse air funkiness. This has just enough non tart and non acidic notes to keep it interesting for me. Refreshing brew.

Bottle. Clear yellow pour, spotty carbonation, and an aroma of very sour funky lemon. Thin body of lemon funk, very dry aftertaste. Not too sour on the flavor and quite refreshing. Very nice beer, I could savor a bottle of this all by myself.

Bottle shared at Moeder Lambic. Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of wheat, light malt, barnyard and citrus. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and sour. A nice and mellow sour witbier.

Bottle shared by drabmuh. Thanks Matt! Very exciting. A: Slightly hazy yellow with minimal head and some spotty lacing. S: Distinct Cantillon aroma. Barnyard funk and witbier. Wow - really interesting and intriguing. T: Quite tasty and different. I applaud the effort. This beer is truly unique and innovative. Not incredibly sour or funky. Basically, this beer is as described: a Cantillon take on a witbier. M: Slightly sour with moderately low carbonation. D: Anytime I am drinking Cantillon, it’s a good time. Thanks to Matt for sharing this treat from one of my favorite breweries.

Bottle @ Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Hazy yellow appearance with a nice, white head. Very earthy, barnyard fruity, tangy, floral yeasty, lightly minty/herbal aroma. Very inviting aroma. Somewhat musty, farmhouse, refreshing and dry, earthy/floral, light clementine/lemon, yeasty flavor with a dry finish. Flavorful and super easy to drink. Moderately tart. Very refreshing. Would be an awesome session, summer ale if it was more available and cheaper.

750mL bottle, man I am not sure who sent this to me but thank you. Split 3 ways. Pours a thick muted golden color, kind of thick with medium clarity. Aroma is awesome, I love it perfect mix of lambic and wit. Lots of funk and a bit of acid meld with a thick wheatiness. Yeasty malt with whole lot of funk. LOVE IT!!! Flavor is good but no where near as good as the aroma. Its kind of thinner with more acidity and less of the Belgian wheaty yeast. Leaves a lingering slight sourness. I love the aroma, very nice beer.
