750 ml bottle - at Moeder Lambic Saint-Gilles - in THE cellar during a vertical DL tasting - thanks to Jean Moeder. Pours fuzzy white yellow with a nice decent head. Aromas are wheat, citrus, spring grass at sunset. Very nice balance in sourness, sweetness and malty fruitiness. Nice beer!

Bottle at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, pours a cloudy light golden with a medium white head. Aroma of barnyard funk, some citrus zest, and some wild yeast. Flavour is quite wild tasting, with notes of brett, some mild white wine notes, wheat and light fruits. Not very lambic-like, which is a change for Cantillon, and One of the lightest beers they’ve done. Great stuff, but misses the complexity of many of their other beers.

Bottle. Last beer at 33. Pours hazy orange gold with white head. Nose and taste of tart lemon, spicy funk, lactic acid, soured wheat and light fruit. Medium body. Well balanced.

Thx to Jean at Moeder Lambic St-Gilles !

Head: small, white, foamy
Colour: very hazy blond
Smell: lots of wheats, a little bit of hops, decent sourness
Taste: wheats come first and blend over superbly with the sour and bitterness level of the beer, this is deff. beter than what i’ve expected of a "sour witbier" really nice !

clear straw colored with a small, white head. Grassy and floral aroma, slight pungency and dried hay. Taste is rather mellow, grapes, hay and hints of citrus.

75cl bottle at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. It pours a yellow/straw colour with a medium white head. Aroma is nice barnyard funk, citrus and grassy hops. Taste is slightly acidic, funky, citrusy with grainy and grassy notes. Little bitterness. Medium body with good carbonation. Overall, a nice hopped lambic.

UPDATED: MAR 1, 2013 From notes. At Cantillon in 2010. Hazy straw-yellow body, large frothy white head, good lacing. Nose is wheat, lemon zest, wet hay, and some must. Pleasant Cantillon funk on top of a witbier. Medium to light bodied, assertive carbonation, pleasant acidity throughout, nice tart finish.

@ Köpenhamn: Tack till Gyllenbock! Trevlig syrlighet, ganska len smak med tydliga vindruvor och jäst. Mycket bra

Bottle bought at Etregourmet in 2010, drunk in a hotelroom in Copenhagen, November 2012. Hazy yellow with a minimal white head. A very soft Cantillon this one. Green apples, funk, barnyard, wood, funk and some wheat. It went down fast.
