COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ici, le houblon est à l’honneur. Sous une mousse onctueuse et persistante, vous trouverez un nez herbacé et résineux, une attaque fruitée et moelleuse, suivie d’une amertume franche et longue en bouche. A apprécier en toute occasion.

Bottle from Terre de Boissons, Coquelles, Citi Europe, Calais consumed at home Thursday 13th March 2014 Pours warm gold/orange a slight haze with a white head that soon departs. A little orange on the nose, bittersweet in mouth, slightly sweeter but actually its very good. Hoppy but a slightly sweeter hoppiness, I like this, nice beer. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6

Bottle from Terre de Boissons, Coquelles, France. A straw coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, fruity, spice aroma. Taste is similar, hoppy, fruity, malty, spice with a slight bitterness. A decent French IPA.

330ml bottle from a shop in Flanders somewhere. Taste is particularly hoppy, light and lemony with a distinct alcohol presence. Some sugary sweet and tropical fruity aspects poke their nose in as you work your way through, but on the whole not a bad beer.

Bottle from Terre de Boissons, Calais. Clearish golden lasting white head. Hoppy aroma. A little thin in flavour in the mouth. Some sherbert hop on the finish. Some esters on aroma. It’s ok, some ok hop, Pretty drinkable, I mean it lasted a short time. So yes, quite a good hoppy more than averagely hoppy beer and certainly the hoppiest thing from France outside of Thiriez I’ve had.

UPDATED: MAY 28, 2013 Decent hop aroma, grassy and floral. Classic hop mix yet expressive enough. A Belgian blond, hopped up. Light bitter, smooth body, sweeter accessible bites but enough flavour to get this going. Not bad at all, working very well together. (33cl bottle from L?Abaye de Saveurs)

Sweet peachy aroma, a little dusty hops. Bitter body is nice. Simple and well balanced. Fruity and peachy in the mouth and finish too. Nice attenuation.

22/II/2012 33cl bottle from l’Abbaye des Saveurs (Lille) @ home - BB: IV/13 (2012-152)

Very little cloudy orange beer, big creamy white head, very stable and adhesive. Aroma: very sweet ripe fruits, peaches, bit floral, somewhat sugary. MF: soft carbon, full body, creamy texture. Taste: fruity citrus start, little sweet, malty undertone, bitter citric notes, a little piny even. Aftertaste: fruity, exotic fruits, slightly bitter ending.
