COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Lightly pefumed with "Toutes Fleurs" honey from the Albères, its plump flavours make it very pleasurable. Formerly 6.3%.

Bottle, bought @ Cellar Vin, Barcelona.
Pours hazy yellow-golden with a nice, medium, creamy, white head. Aroma is sweet and grainy, light corn and very limited yeast. Highish carbonation, okay thinish mouthfeel. Flavour is very sweet, lots of brewing cereal and maize. A touch of citric bitterness. No complexity, just sweetness.

UPDATED: JAN 14, 2010 Small white head. Hazy yellow body. Light malty caramelly apple aroma. Dry-sweetish perfumy mealy taste with fruity grassy spicy notes. Mid-bodied. Dryish grassy chalky mealy aftertaste. Imperfect, to say the least. (0.75l bottle from gr0ve. Rated once as "Cap d’Ona Rossa", too.)

Pours cloudy and light golden with a fully receding white head. Aroma of toasted malt, honey, and munich malt. Taste is light malty sweet, with fresh graininess. Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Good, but not great.

Bottled, 75c cl, swingtop. Good white head, lacework ok. Full nose and taste of malt, weak pleasant honey presence in the nose and aftertaste. Wish I had bought some more... Also sampled it right out of the garding tank 4 days prior to bottling.. nice! Though their website is pretty outdated, this brewery is worth a visit!
