Lightly pefumed with "Toutes Fleurs" honey from the Albères, its plump flavours make it very pleasurable. Formerly 6.3%.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of fruits and a bit of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and a bit of caramel - as well as stinky sausages from MiP and more :-(

33cl. bottle (Cap d’Ona Rossa) from a local beer retailer. It pours a hazy light golden liquid with a medium bubbly white head that somehow lasts throughout the beer and leaves no lacing. The aroma is both hoppy and malty, evolving to almost just malty. At first there are some herbal and floral hints along with a general grainy maltiness and a caramelly touch. When it is mostly malty, a little citron and straw do appear. It tastes kind of likewise, with an intenser taste of citron and straw. It is medium sweet, lowly bitter and it has a slight acidic touch. In the mouth it feels medium-full bodied, thick, with mild and lively carbonation. It ends very dry and slightly bitter, with an aftertaste of grain, and a little caramel, citron and herbs. It is not a bad beer; it is very natural tasting, actually, but it is too average for a craft belgian style beer. Presentation is too simple, and it lacks a customized crown cap.

Kestral (494) - Årnes, NORWAY - JUL 14, 2011
Bottle. Pours a sparkling light yellow, with a small white fizzy head that fades rather quickly. Aroma is very fruity and sweet, reminiscent of canned pears, peaches and bubblegum. It’s more balanced flavourwise, as it takes on a gentle hoppy and sour character in the finish. It does fall through a little bit, as it’s a tad watery. Light bodied, and the carbonation is quite fizzy. Nothing spectacular, but definitely a decent brew.

Unclear sparkling medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, light hoppy, light to moderate yeasty, spicy, mazipan mase notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20091114]

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of MiP. Comes as: "Cap dOna Rossa". Pours a cloudy and opaque golden with tiny floating impurities and a small rough white head. Aroma of fruit and yeast. Medium body, a little sweet fruit with a vague underlying tartness and a whiff of yeast. No real bitterness. 141109

pivo (2540) - GERMANY - OCT 31, 2009
Very pale straw color but a little hazy. Creamy lathery head. Soft round and very light malt body cuts out quickly to give way to some yeasty notes. Some vanilla too, followed by a light peppery touch. Recalls a good Belgian blond in its posture but thinner and more direct. All flavors are muted by well harmonized. Nice beer on a warm night in Barcelona.

Bottle, kindly shared by GrOve. A mediumsizes blond head upon an unclear, straw colored body. Bready, light sweet malt aroma with lemony notes. Bready malts in the flavor as well. Faint fruitiness and some bitter tones. Fizzy, quite crisp in the mouth. Does not stand out, quite refreshing though.
