Bright orange-amber. Very toasty aroma, some crackers and caramel. Fresh, toasty, with lots of fruity, spicy notes. Somewhat caramelly. I’m surprised, this is good.

A golden lager with a thick light moka head. A rather unpleasant mineral malt eith light adjunct notes. In mouth, a rather bland lager with light butterscotch notes, a bit of rye notes, bland. Bottle at Lucky’s Logan Airport, Dec. 28 2009.

Draft at Spring Brewtopia 2005... Sparkling clear, deep gold lager with a creamy, off-white head. Decent retention and excellent, interesting lacework. Foral nose with just a hint of caramel. Perfectly balanced flavor... nice, sweet maltiness countered by the perfect amount of hops. A little citrus fruit and toffee as well. Light-bodied and thin with fizzy carbonation. Short, crisp, clean finish.

12oz bottle acquired in trade with ppoitras (thanks!). Poured a daker and slightly hazy amber color with a large sized, frothy off white head. Aromas of lemons, toasted malts, light caramel, and all around fruity. Tastes of citrus, toasted malts and some caramel. Has a lively and fizzy body that I really didn’t care too much for.

Bottle poured a clear amber with a small lingering amber head. Aromas of graininess, carmel and earthiness. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel, earthiness and a hint of fruittiness with a smoth carmel finish.

Tap at Barcade. Amber beer with a very creamy white head. Lovely aroma with lots of flowery/spicy noble hop aroma over a soft earthy malt base. A hint of wheaty spice as well. Flavours are similar, with nothing earthshattering, but an very tasty balance of spicy hops and a dry finish that make you craze another mouthful. The definition of quaffability. Great session beer.
