Geyser settles to a lasting sticky meringue above the clear orange-amber body. Big aroma of iron, maybe some citrus and woody notes underneath. Flavor is grain, toasted nut and light molasses, with iron coming on to dominate in the middle. Finish is toasted pecan, slight citrus, metal and bubblegum. Light-medium body is lightly carbonated, smooth and finishes slightly dry. Woud be a bluddy goud beer w’owt awl th’ bluddy eyerun! Nose is pale malt, funky yeast, hopcitrus, some peppery notes. Tastes of caramel malt, hops, mild honey and fruit.
