COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Wet Hopped with 15 lb’s of Cascade hops from TJ’s & Dylan’s gardens, & 20 lb’s of local honey this beer is not just your ordinary pale ale. Including malt from Maine we have tried to stay with local ingredients.

On cask - Stoddards. Pours deep gold into an english pint. White micro head with excellent retention recedes to skim surface leaving sheet lacing. Sweet honey, caramel and a hint of resin aromas. Soft with sweet honey and caramel upfront turning quietly to a lasting pine and mild grapefruit finish. Nice.
