clear golden, very small white head. apple aroma, also very faint citrus. appears sweetnened. flavor is apple, citrussy, faint mouldy.

Bottle at the Parkland Hotel in Weiskirchen. Mild apples, slightly bitter with a sour aftertaste.

Bottle, from trade with Papsoe. It pours a clear golden body with some white bubbles around the rim. Pleasant aroma, but weak and not top notch. Apples, some apple cores and a herbal touch. Quite dry, medium body. Puckering finish, which is more or less like the initial flavor, with apples, apple cores and a herbal hint. A quite nice and quenching one. Drinks easy and tastes nice but don’t impress. 110219

Bottle @ Papsø-Grand-Tasting, September 2010. Pours clear golden with a off white bubbly head. Sweet appples. Rather uncomplicated with a vague tart feel. Drinkable.

Fløska. Thin golden colour. Sweet apple rubber aroma. Ok mouthfeel. Sweet apple flavour, bit rubber and bit sourish, fair.

Clear light to medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20100911]
