Had it on draft at the Yardarm in Orleans. A decent beer, but very ordinary. Nothing to really set it apart, and not all that hoppy.

Cask at GBBF 2011. Amber color. Juicy and zesty citrusy hop aroma with lemon and grapefruit. The flavor is also very citrusy with nutty and toffeish malts in the background. Strong long mouth numbing bitterness. Full bodied and rounded. Nice firm IPA.

GBBF Cask. Hazy amber beer, suddy pale tan head. Smooth palate, semi dry. Good fresh tasting hops. They border on that ’stinging’ sensation that you get from very fresh hops. Bitter citrus. Malt backbone supports well. Finishes semi dry with a mildly bitter aftertaste.

Massive sweet sticky aroma. Plasticky and sweet in the mouth. Some stickiness is over the top. Not bad, but too sweet. Finish very mashy. A bit underattenuated, that most common of US traits, alas.
