I enjoyed two samples of this beer while in Ushuaia, Argentina, one on tap, and another by bottle. The beer was brewed specially for St. Patrick’s Day 2011. It had a rich, cloudy light-earthy green color with a creamy light green head that had a lot of retention and cling. Its aroma features a mixture of grainy hops and caramel malt, with some earthy tones present as well. The taste was somewhat light with a slightly bitter grain effect; both the aroma and taste were modest. The body had low carbonation and fizz and was a touch watery and thin. Not an awesome beer, but amazingly, my first green beer and it was fun.
