COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A decidedly hoppy and bitter, moderately strong India Pale Ale (IPA). The beer emphasizes the hop aroma and flavor white muting the hop bitterness. Loaded with Cascade hops that provide Floral and citrus notes. Itís called India Pale Ale because it was a hoppier, more alcoholic version of the typical ale shipped to British troops in India in the 1800s. Turns out that hops and alcohol are a great preservative.

An amber hued hazy beer. Aroma was a balance between floral hops and sweet malts. Taste was smooth and refreshing with a mildly hop bite and sweet malts. Not bitter at all and pretty flavorful. I had mine right out of the growler.

Nitro at Craft. Hazy straw pour with white head. Nose was hops, pale malt, some sweetness. Tastes mildly fruity, with hops, pale malt, and a smooth finish.

On tap at Cabana's in Cape May. Somewhat hazy orange-ish color. Some citrus and pine. Not too much hop bite. Very easy to drink and good, but not anything too memorable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cape may IPA - 8/10 - Not overwhelming with hops. Good taste. Not a huge hops guy, this worked for me.

A decent IPA but unfortunately not too memorable. On draft at the Bistro on Bridge in Phoenixville. The beer poured a golden color with a decent-sized white head. The head left some nice lacing around the inside of the glass. The nose had some faint grapefruit and orange, as did the flavors. There just wasnít enough of a hop profile in this beer. I didnít get that smack in the face that a good IPA should give you.

Bottle. Nose watery, muddy caramel, pours hazy pale brown-orange with a short beige head. Taste medium-strong bitter, strong mineral content with a sliver of citrus, semi-dry with touches of lasting rubbery astringency and a little wood around the dull caramel center. Medium-full body. Just bad craftsmanship all the way around, and a whole lotta muddle. [2016.01.12: 1.4]

Small sample on draft. The body was way too thin for my tastes, but there was some good things going on. Some caramel malts, orange, pine and hop. Something was missing.

Hazy golden orange pour with minimal aroma-slightly funky. Flavor, however, was pine, citrus, some caramel. Nice IPA. Frothy white head. Decent lacing.

Tastes like liquid weed. Hoppy but a funky aftertaste. Good mouthfeel but didn't live the flavor or finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft at Moriartys. Hazy orange amber pour. Large soapy foam head. Sporadic lace. Mildly hoppy taste with a slightly creamy palate up front (maybe due to the foam). Pine. Citrus. Resin. Blonde caramel malts. Few odd notes in the finish. Not feeling it.

White head with murky dark orange body. Resinous aroma accented with pine. Malty hop taste and moderate bitters. Relatively dry finish with a nice bite.
