COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is the first trial of a Cream Ale that has an infusion of hops added to it in the lagering stage. We are trying to create a beer where the aroma and flavor are very hop forward, yet the finish remains smooth and non-bitter.

Fits a unique nitch in the spectrum. After hefty Thanksgiving indulgence, I was looking for something to cleanse the palette, but Iím not fond of overwhelming hops. The idea here is hops with a smooth finish - basically it works. Pours a pale golden wheat color with a slight haze, white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is faintly floral hops. Taste is lightly bitter - a mildly peppery hops and finish is clean with a faint lingering dry/ flavor that I canít quite identify. Overall - drinkable and refreshing, needs a liitle more finesse.

Had this beer in a bottle from ABC in Orlando. Nice hop flavor with a creamy ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Scipio (685) - Palatine, Illinois, USA - MAY 20, 2014
Pours a darker, hazy golden, with a thin white head. The aroma consists of grassy hops, yeast, bread, and cereal. The taste is rather bland. It has plenty of breadiness, bits floral and grassy hops, and a bit of apple fruitiness. Aftertaste is lacking, although I guess you could classify it as bready and short. Medium bodied and in texture, and about average in carbonation. This one doesnít have anything exciting at all going for it. Very generic.

Kind of a weird combination of flavors in this one. A little hop aroma on the nose with some sweetness. On the palate there is a bit of pine, and some cream flavors as well. They contradict and make this interesting but just a bit weird for me.

Tasted from bottle. Pours a hazy gold with white head. Aroma is grains, sweet and perfume. Taste is sweet, grains, a little spice, yeast with minimal bitterness. Medium bodied with a creamy mouthfeel. Pretty good tasting sessionable beer. Overall above average cream ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Eh, hop aroma is there and it is nice, but the taste is just not there. A mildly sweet ale that has a weird aftertaste. Bought from total wine and more in Viera, FL.

Hazy, yellow-orange pour with a white head. The aroma has lemon citrus with light corn. It has a light body with crisp texture and average carbonation. The taste is mildly sweet with an easy, slightly dry finish.

Bottle from Total Wine in Boca Raton. Poured into tulip at home. Sort of a hazy golden yellow with one finger white head. Head gone in 30 seconds and very little lacing. Aroma of cereal, light pine, and other grains. The taste was mild with cereal, wheat bread, pine, and a malty creaminess. Refreshing and light. Smooth mouth, creamy finish. Not bad.

Pours hazy straw color with very little head. Aromas are grain, caramel, and yeast. Very smooth lager-like flavor without much bitterness despite the supposed hop infusion. Pleasant enough for what it is.

12oz bottle bought at Ridgeview Liquor, Green Bay, consumed en route to the UP. Another thirst-quenching, less than creamy cream ale that tastes like an inoffensive mild brewpub APA, lacking in character but still one step up from a sweet US lager.
