UPDATED: FEB 19, 2015 Thanks to Dad. Although it is pretty good stuff, I think it may be a little too sweet and chewy at the end when it warms up a bit. Serving: Bottle

Sweet aroma, with a malty edge. Orange color with a light white ring of a head. Flavor has that same sweetness, which is nicely balanced with nice wheatyness. Palate is dry and frothy, nicely delivering taste.

Pours a nice clear golden amber with white foam. Has some good looking carbonation going in the glass. Aroma is light malt with a tiny bit of hop. Taste is malt with a bit of sweetness and a little hop to balance it out. Well balanced. Light palate with good carbonation. Overall a great beer. Very clean taste and easy to drink. Overall probably my favorite Maibock. I look forward to it in the spring.
