COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A bock beer with a beautiful, deep golden hue. Very smooth, this beer has great depth of character, and is an excellent beer to celebrate the end of winter and beginning of spring. Available February through April.

Pour was medium golden. Aroma was of citrus and spice. Flavor had a medium bitterness that blended well with the spices. Had some residual sweetness. Good brew.

12oz bottle. Poured a clear medium orange color. Head was off white and reduced to a thin film after a minute or so. Aroma was of biscuity malt, yeasty bread dough, and green peppercorn. Slightly sweet up front. Medium bodied with a softer mouth feel than I had anticipated. Tasted of biscuity malt, subdued toffee, and grassy hops. I also got an occasional spicy cinnamon-ish note. Mild to moderate bitterness emerged at the end. Pretty good stuff.

Pours redish/amber with a thin weak head. A small amount of lacing is visible. The flavor is a little sweet for my liking but not too bad.

Clear copper colored body with a thin white layered head. Impressive lacing. Plenty of biscuit like malts, combined with spices and some light fruit. Very decent respectable brew within its style. Maibocks are a nice change of pace and welcomed in the spring time. This one does not disappoint.

Pours gold with a small frothy head. Smells doughy with plenty of malts. Little boozy in the nose as well. Sweet malt character in the flavor but balanced by a little spiciness and bite of alcohol. Finishes a little dry with a small presence of hops. Pretty good beer to pair with a proper dinner.

Pour is clear light amber with a thin off white head...smell is sweet and toasty with a strange apricot thing....taste is sweet with tons of apricot....sticky sweet...this has to be the wrong beer being sold out of this tap...
