A bock beer with a beautiful, deep golden hue. Very smooth, this beer has great depth of character, and is an excellent beer to celebrate the end of winter and beginning of spring. Available February through April.

A clear, golden pour with a white head. The aroma is malty with notes of pretzel and biscuit along with some faint hops. It has a medium body with somewhat chewy texture and average carbonation. The taste is sweet all the way through.

From a can poured into a shaker at a restaurant. Really rich slightly creamy maibock. Bright but complex malt bill with definite maltose notes. One of the best of the style I have had.

Can at home. Pours brilliantly clear copper with a medium, creamy beige head, medium-short retention with light lacing. Aroma is moderate toasted malt melanoidins with light earthy hops and bitterness. Flavor is sweet toasted malt, moderate melanoidins, light earthy hops and bitterness, clean with a sweet finish. Medium-full body and medium carbonation.

Draft at the source. Clear orange yellow color. Aroma of orange peel and raw bread. Taste is very sweet orange. Doesn’t resemble a maibock.

Bottle share at Evernote in Redwood City, CA. Malt, honey and apple juice on the nose... an especially refreshing mix of malt and earthy apple flavors.

Very Flavorful, slight bitterness at end. Floral. I am new to many beers, but theis may be a new favorite. Color is a pale gold. Beer is ever so slightly heavy, but it adds to the rich flavor of the beer

pours a clear deep gold to light amber with a medium off white head. aroma is malt, hay, grass. good malt character. semi sweet with just a whisper of hop bitter. fairly crisp, not syrupy like many bocks. Pretty quick somewhat dry finish. Good beer.
