Jun 20, 2006 (12oz bottle) Clear copper body with beige head. Aroma is moderately sweet, caramel, nectrarine, light herbal. Taste is moderately sweet, caramel, bread, light earthy. Light-medium body with light stickiness.

Aug 16, 2002 Dark bronze color emphasizes the rich malt character hidden within. Very well balanced with subtle hop aroma. If I had an Oktoberfest celebration, I would have to include this beer.

Apr 10, 2007 12oz bottle. Poured a deep amber color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of toasted malts, light chocolate, roast and some caramel. Tastes of toasted malts, light roast, and light chocolate. Tastes on the weaker side compared to the aromas. Thinner body.

Jun 21, 2006 Bottle... Clear, deep amber ale with a small, frothy, off-white head. Fruity, malty aroma with notes of toffee and tropical fruit. Vineous. The flavor is malty, but balanced nicely.
