Pours a nice amber color. Pine and citrus on the nose. Grassy pine and grapefruit on the palate. Malty on the finish. More of an everyday type of IPA.

An average ipa at best. Very fruity and not too hoppy. Smells malty. Had this at my brother in laws house. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Clear pale amber pour with white head. Nose is too clean with mild pine hops and lager/pale malt dominating. Flavor is a sweet, lightly biscuity malt with a moderate pine bitterness that lingers and is fairly drying. Needs more hop aromatics and less of a dry finish. Overall, an okay offering, but forgettable.

AWISLguy (1695) - Wisconsin, USA - APR 27, 2013
Bottle from BrookFalls Discount. Pours a very clear pale orange with a soapy white head leaving a lot of lacing. Aroma has fruit, bread and faint pine. Taste is of sweet toffee malts, some citrus and a lot of resin. Finishes sweetly with some bitterness. A semi-malty, semi bitter ipa.

cpetrone84 (1676) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 11, 2014
Pour is dark golden amber with a small amount of light tan head that dissipates quickly. Nose is incredibly sweet, sugary caramel, a bit herbal in the hops but light. Taste is stale malt, sweet, sugary, faint herbal tea hop. Syrupy body, moderate carbonation.

beerbaaron (1645) - Arizona, USA - SEP 1, 2013
Clean orange amber. Medium white head, lasting with some lace. Aroma has nice balance - Caramel, citrus, mango; good but not standout. Flavor much the same. Very bitter - a bit too sharp. Theres some sweetness there as well. A good enough beer but the bitterness of the long finish overstays its welcome.

Draft. Clear and golden. Mild nose. Taste is more east coast ipa. Nice and smooth. Decent.

islay (1462) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUL 12, 2013
12 oz. bottle, consumed on 6-9-13. Fresh, hoppy aroma features tonic water, seltzer, and lime scents. Nice but simple smell. Pours an orange-tinged deep gold with a large amount of fluffy, off-white head. Liquid is clear with some effervescence. Produces good lacing. Good-looking beer. Dry taste features a mineral water element. Simple flavor but pretty good. Light to medium body. Lively and soft in the palate. Probably more enjoyable than this score implies, but too simple (i.e., lacks the complexity of a standout brew).

Hazy, amber-orange pour with a white head. The aroma is packed with citrus and floral hops. It has a light, somewhat thin texture with lively carbonation. The taste is moderately bitter, especially in the finish.

Pours a light golden orange with good head, excelent frothy lace. Aroma is mildly hoppy floral maybe slightly with sweet fruit, slight dankness, possibly herbal with caramel and light bready yeast. Some funkiness. Taste is same but hops aroma and taste becomes more vivivd as it warms.Becomes more of a dank earthy hop profile in taste.Has some sticky caramel malty sweetness.Peppery fruit.Strong spicey pine finish.Seems to fit the bill of a malty midwestern ipa. A bit sweet though. Some dryness in finish.Almost a little hot and boozie also
