COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An authentic German style pilsner, this is Capital’s largest selling beer. A superbly balanced beer, with a firm maltiness alongside hearty hop bittering and flavor notes.

Bottle. Pale golden with a moderate sized creamy white head that leaves a signicant amount of lacing all around the glass. Aroma is grasyy and slightly sweet. Flavor is light upfront, developong a mildly sweet malt body and finishing with a crisp noble hop bite that is spicy in character. Light bodied with a clean lingering bitterness.

Pour is a clear blonde with a huge white head. Aroma is lots of grains and malts with some breadyness. Flavor is equal with some heavy malts and grain. A very nice almost liquid bread to this beer. Very good for the style and prob the better ones from this brewer.

Clear straw-gold pour with a modest white head. Effervescent, leaves ring after ring of lace. Aroma of cereals and grass, but somewhat faint. Smooth cereal flavor, slightly sweet, slightly bitter. A little bit soapy. Sharp, lively mouthfeel. Drinkable and refreshing.

Bottle. A nice example of the style. Pours with the proper straw color, nice grainy nose of hops. More grainy hops flavors, without it being hars. medium body, nice.

Milld, barely perceptible aroma, slightly sweet. Straw yellow in color, poured with a very thin head. Very dry with a bitter, mildly astringent taste that hits the right side of your tongue. Finishes with pleasant grainy flavor.

12 oz bottle. Pours a slightly hazed yellow with a thin white head that fades away. Nose of sweet pale malts and a touch of hops. Sweet lemony malts touch of grain and a slightly grassy finish. Decent but far from anything special.

Straw colored with a big white head that has good retention. Foam sticks to the side of the glass. Well carbonated. Has a tart citrus aroma with some funk and lemon. Musty. Heavy dry bitterness. Not one of the better Pilsners.

Thanks to the bro for this one. Pours a clean and crisp pale yellow with a medium frothy white head that fades quickly. The head resurrects itself after every pull you take - nice! Aroma is slightly skunky, grainy, with bits of fruit like pear and lime. Taste up front is crisp, grainy, and slightly bitter, with a slight sweet and fruity finish. I’m not a big fan of Pilseners but this is the best one I’ve had, and can see myself sucking some down after a hot day.
