A nice easy drinking Pale. Good Hop after taste ratman197 (3137), Arvada, Colorado, USA Mar 30, 2008 Bottle poured a clear yellow with a small lingering white head. Aromas of straw, bread and light spice. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of straw, yeast and light spice with a smooth lightly dry moderatly bitter finish. esjaygee (1467), Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA Mar 30, 2008 Yellow with quickly diminishing head. Citrus mixed with pine in the aroma. More of the same in the taste. Nice dry sweet fruit finish. Solid APA. tytoanderso (1382), St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA Mar 22, 2008 12oz bottle. Pleasant hoppy aroma of light pine, some cedar, grass and citrus zest. Pours bright gold with a thin white head. Plenty of toasty bready malt with some minimal lemon zest bitterness. Light to medium bodied with decent carbonation. Finishes with some steely dryness. Tripplebrew (486), Saint Paul, Minnesota, USA Mar 20, 2008 Pours a clear copper yellow with thin white head that dissipates. Aroma is lemon citrus with hops and cereal. Flavor is quite a bit of hops and bitterness. Body is light and carbonation is average. Nothing special about this pale ale....just another pale ale. capitalbrewer (17), Madison, Wisconsin, USA Feb 16, 2008 Pours a deep golden brown with perhaps a tinge of copper. Thin, lingering, head. Hops don’t really come through in the aroma, but a citusy hop bitterness highlights the finish. Very good brew from a very good brewery. Cornfield (4892), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA Feb 11, 2008 Screw-Top Bottle: Clear golden/yellow body with a smallish white head. It has a pretty subdued aroma, some sweet pale malt and light hop scents of grapefruit and pine. Nice and snappy mouthfeel. The flavor is sweet with pale malt, has a bit of toasted white bread, and a rather indistinct hop bitterness. The hops are more defined in the finish - pine, grapefruit, and flowers. Sessionable.

chimpscampee (556), Madison, Wisconsin, USA Feb 7, 2008 The hops is underplayed. Malt standouts yet mercifully without chalkiness often associated with it. Session ale. If a hop head like me likes it has to have nice craft and flavor going for it.
