COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Loosely based on Vienna style, Wisconsin Amber is a rich, malty lager balanced out with mild hop bittering and enticing hop flavor. Very fulfilling. Very drinkable.

Spot-on for the style: medium body and medium malty sweetness. A hint of caramel in the nose and a mild slap of hoppy bitterness on the finish. Goes perfectly with my wife’s fabulous lasagna.

Aroma of caramel, honey oats, apple, pear and a balanced herbal hop presence. Appearance is copper/amber with light bone head. Flavor matches the nose; a nice toasty attack with a slightly sweet honey/fruit center with a refreshing herbal finish. Palate is bubbly and chewy with a bit of stickiness. A really well made lager with nice points of interest.

Bottle. Pours a hazy pale brown, like iced tea with lemon squeezed into it, with an ecru head that drops fairly quickly. The nose is of sweet, slightly doughy caramel malt; very clean. The palate is light-bodied with a mild mineral quality that leads into a drying finish. Following the aroma, the flavor is of sweet, doughy, and slightly biscuity malt backed by just a hint of earthy hops. This is a pretty solid Vienna, and at 4 bucks per sixer, it’s a heckuva value as well.

Bottle. Slightly hazy amber pour with a small off-white ring head. Aroma is toffee and caramel malt. Lighter, somewhat fizzy palate. Taste is caramel/toffee, earthy hops, and a bit (just a bit) on the watery side. Decent beer, for sure, but it shouldn’t elicit any "hey dude, you need to try....." texts.

Much tastier then Nordeast or Yuengling! Great early fall beer. Lots of sweet malty flavor balanced with great hops that doesnt overpower.

In the aroma its caramel malts and a noticeable hoppiness. The flavor is hoppy and slightly grainy with a lingering caramel malty finish. A very good amber, easy to drink but also with a pretty good flavor.

An above average brew. Pours a ruby red with a white head. Nice balance of malts and slight hops. easy drinker.
