Very nice. Definitely along the Vienna lines of amber than either a hopped up west coast version or a unique eastern, balanced gem like Ithaca. Pretty similar to Lakefront’s Riverwest Stein, and has quality written all over it in its handling of the malts. Hops are there, but minimally. A bit thin and clear.

Compared to Snake River Lager or Elliot Ness, this really pales. It does have some ’spicy’ malt that’s helped along by the strong effervessence. A light hoppiness pokes it’s head in to say ’hi!’
Not bad, but I think maybe it’s missing some ’thickness’?

Good malty flavor, a bit sweet and carbonated. A very smooth beer - but I agree...not as good as the Great Lakes version.

Good representation of a Vienna, although nowhere near as good as Elliot Ness. Nice sweet malty flavor and aftertaste. Fairly full-bodied for an Amber, I would try this one again.

It poured a medium copper color and formed a nice, white bubbly head. Left little lace. An aroma of hops and citrus. It had a flavor of hops and malt with some citrus. It had a slightly hoppy finish. Not a bad beer.

A little too thin and carbonated for me -- it’s like drinking amber pop.

Malty, sweet aroma. Bittersweet maltiness mingles well with hop flavors on the finish. Ample carbonation but no head; sparklingly clear amber color. Overall, quite satisfying for a brew of this type. Recommended.

Spices and toasted malt aroma. One of the best aromas a lager can have. Very clean. Crystal clear amber liquid beneath a dense and creamy head. Fluffy, creamy, yet crisp, mouthfeel. Very appetizing. Spiciness and english hops are very evident in the flavor. Sweet malt combines with a touch of hops. Balanced and extremely drinkable. This just rolled off the shelf with extreme freshness.

Great lager, sweet malty with a light crisp hop aroma and finnish.
