COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A light bodied Belgian style "table beer." Low bitterness with moderately high hop flavor. This beer has a slightly fruity character imparted by the Belgian Abbey yeast strain.

(Shirlington) Cloudy amber body with off-white head. Aroma is medium sweet, orange peel, Belgian yeast. Taste is minimally sweet, lemon peel, herbal/grassy, moderate tartness. Crisp light body. Unusual beer for its lack of sweetness.
