COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This lager like ale is modeled after the official beer of Köln, Germany. Kolsch is delicate and refreshing with a slight fruitiness and supportive, yet unobtrusive hop bitterness

Pours straw yellow from tap. Not a lot of aroma. The taste is dry but not very hoppy. Nice carbo to the mouth feel although it lingers a little longer than I like.

Reviewed from notes. On tap at the Union Station location. Pours light yellow with some visible carbonation and a white head. The nose brings forward light grains and some very mild fruit. The taste is quite similar, as there isn’t much other than a tiny bit of grain. Very faint light fruit. Feel is nice and crisp; very refreshing. Drinks quite well and was a nice beer even on a cold Fall evening. Serving type: on-tap Reviewed on: 11-03-2010

A draft pour at the Capitol City Brewpub on New York Avenue. This beer poured a clear yellow-gold color with a small white head that did not last long and left light lacing. The nose is light malts with some fruit aromas. Light body and crisp mouthfeel. Flavor is lightly fruity with grassy hops. Light bitter finish

I had this beer a while back and from what I can remember I enjoyed it. I’ve had this at the pub/brewery so it was fresh. Nothing special about it is popping into my head at the moment.
