(Cap Hill) Cloudy copper body with pillowy beige head. Aroma is mild, medium sweet, caramel, chocolate, light maply, nutty. Taste is medium sweet, caramel, nutty, chocolate, some maple, light earthy/herbal. Smooth, somehwat watery light-medium body.
